TV show review: Home Movies
Home movies, created by soup2nuts, ran UPN on during 1999, and then Adult Swim from 2000-2004 . Brendon Small voices the character by the same name as him, as both his friends Jason and Melissa trying to make movies on Brendon's camera. Other characters include Coach McGuirk, who tries to be a mentor for Brendon, although most of his information is false. The show is a comedy that biases most of its humor off the characters trying to deal with the problems they face making the movies, with other characters, or gags that they make. The animation may put people off though, as it is rough and looks like a 4 year old drew it. The humor may be weird to some too. Although they may seem bad at first, they may add to the humor for you. I would say check it out, but take these oddities into consideration before you try watching it.
